Do you accept Section 8 or Housing Choice Vouchers?

Yes. Voucher holders are welcome to apply for eligible homes. Each listing identifies current voucher acceptance, and program payment standards and inspections still apply.

How do I see available homes?

Visit the available rentals page. Availability changes, so join the property alert list if no current home matches your needs.

Can I apply on my phone?

Yes. The qualifying application is designed for mobile use. Sensitive screening information, including Social Security numbers and credit authorization, is completed only through the secure screening provider.

Are pets allowed?

Pet policies vary by property. Check each listing for restrictions, deposits and recurring fees. Assistance animals are handled under applicable fair housing requirements and are not treated as pets.
